Dear all, Please note that this tuesdays event will start at 7.00 pm prompt and will be 1 minute intervals not 30 seconds as previously stated. Sheila sampson will be doing the finish timing but as many of the regular time keepers/helpers are on holiday if anybody know of anyone able to do the start timing or pushing off please give me a ring or drop me a line ASAP Also the last few event have seen some riders turning up very late which results in the running order been disrupted and causes considerable problems for the timekeepers and makes things more complicated than they need to be. Therefore please note that on Tuesday and at all future events signing on will close 15 minutes before the start time (i.e at 6.45 pm for evening events). This is in order to make things easier for the timekeepers, marshals and myself. Riders turning up after 6.45 pm may not get a ride or will be seeded at the end of the event so please try and get to the event in good time and sign on ASAP. If you have a problem getting to the event for this time due to work commitments etc, please let me know and I will seed you at the end of the field. I trust you understand the need to take such action and will cooperate with this as best as you can Yours in sport Paul Kilvington
