Hull Thursday Two-Up Team Time Trial 2nd March 2002
Roadworks
caused a revision to the course but allowed a two lap circuit
through Lockington village which proved just as sporting as the
original. Weather was
kind with a fair north easterly which, unfortunately, blew in
the faces of the riders for two out of the three sides of the
triangular course. Most
of the riders liked this version of the course and it was certainly
more interesting for the spectators.

Ex
Hull Thursday rider Joel Wainman now riding for Pete Read Racing
Team, together with partner Neil Payton fought a close battle
with another ex Hull Thursday rider, James Frith, also riding
for Pete Read with partner Michael Hope, to win the Hull Thursday
two-up.
