Barracuda
Duathlon
(2m/18m/2m): June 26th, 2002
the third summer Duathlon event of the local triathlon
club (Barracudas). Held at Skidby.
The start was at the layby at Skidby Windmill, First a 2 mile run
followed by a 18 mile ride round the Skidby 10 course but cutting
back via Rowley, hence 9 miles then around again to complete the
18 mile ride. Then to finish with a 2 and a bit mile run through
Skidby and back. The weather stayed fine and dry, a good night enjoyed
by all.
If you fancy having a go at the next Duathlon, then all you have to do is turn up at Skidby Mill layby on the last Wednesday of the month around 6:30pm cost to guests is 2 pounds.
