The club has now set up a system for managing club members email addresses. This will now ensure that everyone who signs up to the mailing list will receive emails of all committee members. Previously each committee member had their own personal list of email addresses, which had many out of date and duplicate email addresses. This new online system should solve this problem and help keep and up to date list of email addresses along with helping members receive information more quickly from the committee.

Rest assured the email addresses will not be passed onto anyone else other and will not be used for anything else except sending emails out to you.

To sign up it is very simple! Enter your email address & Name. Then select your current cycling interests, please ensure you do this accurately because as if you do not select MTB for example you will get no emails about the MTB activities within the club, if you want to receive all the club emails select all the check boxes. Then click ‘Submit’....Simple! Do not worry you can always change your preferences at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of the email.

To get this working can I please everybody to sign up, it only take 1 minute, and will ensure everyone gets necessary information from the committee more quickly.
